Graduate student in the Biology PhD program, focusing on neural crest development. I am using single-nuclei RNA sequencing to analyze the chronological activation of genes during gastrulation and make comparisons between rock and sand cichlid species. In my free time I enjoy stargazing, competitive duck herding and paranormal investigation.
